2. Quotations, Proposals and Project Authorization

Before work begins, Bandik Solutions may provide the customer with a quotation, proposal, invoice, order confirmation, or SOW describing the applicable services.

A project is considered authorized when the customer performs one or more of the following:

  • Accepts a proposal or quotation
  • Signs an agreement or SOW
  • Makes an initial or full payment
  • Provides written approval to begin work
  • Supplies project materials or credentials after receiving the project scope

Any material changes requested after project approval may require revised pricing, timelines, or a written change order.

Depending on the project, payments may include:

  • Full payment in advance
  • An initial deposit
  • Milestone payments

5. Project Timelines and Digital Fulfillment

Bandik Solutions primarily provides digital and professional services. Most services do not involve physical shipping.

Typical delivery periods may include:

  • Larger software, CRM, application, automation, or integration projects: generally 15–30 business days or longer, depending on scope
  • Ongoing marketing, SEO, maintenance, support, or consulting services: delivered throughout the applicable service period

Any project-specific timeline stated in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or SOW will take precedence.

Deliverables may be provided by:

  • Email
  • Customer portal
  • Cloud storage link
  • Website deployment
  • Repository or code access
  • Digital file transfer
  • Staging environment

  • Other agreed electronic delivery methods

There is generally no physical shipping requirement for Bandik Solutions’ standard digital services.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Written content
  • Images and brand materials
  • Approvals and feedback
  • Domain or hosting access
  • Software credentials
  • API access
  • Advertising account access
  • Other materials required for the agreed scope

Project deadlines may be extended where delays result from missing customer information, delayed approvals, change requests, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond Bandik Solutions’ reasonable control.

7. Client Portal and Project Communication

Where a customer portal is provided, it may be used to:

  • Review project updates
  • Submit materials
  • Approve drafts
  • Request revisions
  • Access deliverables

9. Revisions and Change Requests

Where revisions are included, they apply to changes reasonably within the originally agreed scope.

Requests that materially change:

  • Functionality
  • Design direction
  • Technical requirements
  • Integrations
  • Deliverables
  • Project size
  • Original instructions

Where appropriate, customers may receive:

  • Drafts
  • Previews
  • Development versions
  • Staging links

before final delivery.

Customer satisfaction will be addressed through the revision process applicable to the purchased service or project agreement.

11. Website Deployment

Where Bandik Solutions develops or manages a website, application, or online system, final deployment to a production environment may be withheld until all payments that are due for the applicable milestone or completed work have been received.

Bandik Solutions may provide preview or staging access before final deployment.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The nature of the service
  • The amount of work completed
  • Approved milestones
  • Third-party expenses already incurred
  • Non-recoverable costs
  • The applicable proposal or SOW
  • Applicable consumer protection laws

A customer may request cancellation by contacting:

support@bandiksolutions.com

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed simply because a project has commenced.

Where work has already been completed, the Company may retain amounts reasonably attributable to completed work, approved milestones, or non-recoverable expenses.

Any unearned portion may be refunded where appropriate and required by the project agreement or applicable law.

For additional details, customers should review the separate Refund & Fulfillment Policy available on the Bandik Solutions website.

13. Effect of an Approved Refund

Where a full refund is approved and issued for creative or project work, the customer must stop using any unpaid or refunded deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless specifically transferred in writing, refunded concepts, drafts, designs, source files, and other work product remain the property of Bandik Solutions Inc.

A refunded customer may not represent refunded or unpaid work as their own completed or purchased property.

This restriction does not affect intellectual property rights that were previously and validly transferred under a separate written agreement.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Bandik Solutions retains ownership of:

  • Preliminary concepts
  • Drafts
  • Unapproved designs
  • Internal tools
  • Reusable code

15. Customer Content and Materials
